I purchased a Samsung mobile from Quality First Ventures, 121, 2nd floor, The Forum Mall, Hosur Road, Bangalore-5600 95 on 02.04.2011.

Bill No: 4184 Dated: 02.04.2011.

I have connected the mobile to my computer using the given USB cable after the given software (Kies) installed.
But unfortunately, all the photos (Around 500 photos) in the computer has been uploaded to the Phone memory (Not to the external memory card) . I never did that. It has been copied automatically.
I took the mobile to Quality First Ventures on 03.04.2011. But they didn't give any solution.
Please don't go for this model. It has some software problem.
I doubt about this problem may exist all SAMSUNG Mobiles. Please check well before spent your money for this.
