This is Zubin Sheth from Kolkata.
I had bought a handset named Karbonn k30,
via The Mobile Store
(Hazra Road Crossing, Kolkata #033-6460-1943) on 18th July 2010

Within the very next month the handset started malfunctioning beginning with its trackpad not working. I gave it for repairing to the Mobile Store of the above mentioned address on 22nd Aug, 2010 which also took around 15 odd days to repair it.


The same problem again began in the month of January but I could not give it for repairing because then, it was not possible for me to stop all my work and I knew that it would at least take 4-5 days to repair it.
Thus, after a month on 18th March, 2011
I gave it back to the Mobile Store for repairing where I was told that it would take 4-5 days.
till today, I have not received my mobile phone back. I met the people personally and called them many-a-times.
But, even today I was told that it would take another week or so.

My question is that does it take a month long to repair a small mobile set?
Do you think that in today's world is it possible to survive without a cell-phone for 20-30 days?
I want to question them whether this is what they provide to their costumers. A handset which malfunctions thrice a year and that is takes a month to repair a mobile phone for a company?

After tolerating too much of this, I need you to either provide me with my handset within a couple of days replaced or to encash me my money back.
