I am totally fed up of their service and customer care executives who just can't help the customers and waste their time unnecessarily.

My name is Mandeep and my mobile No. is 8427619311. I always had Airtel GPRS activated on my no. But due to the low balance, this thing got disconnected on 28th Dec 2011. On 30th Dec, 2011, i got my no. recharged and Rs. 98 GPRS pack activated on my Number. But I don't know why, even after getting it activated, my balance got deducted. By 1st Jan 2012, Rs 125 were already deducted from my account for the usage of internet. I filed the complaint against this thing on 1st of Jan 2012. and since then, time and again i am calling on 198 to complain and ask about my deducted balance but the executives always have stupid excuses to make.

I am actually fed up of this thing now. Just now, i received a message that i have chosen some hello tune service and that has been activated on my number which I have never done and Airtel charged for it on its own. I actually had to call on some no. sent by them and get it de-activated but what's the use... I have already been charged for it....
What is wrong with Airtel? I could never expect tghis kind of service from such a reputed company. I am actually fed up of calling their customer care executives who are not helping me in any way.

I need my whole balance back that airtel has deducted without any reason.
