I have ordered Product online via order number 908295779 in Online Shopping India - Shop Online for Mobiles, Cameras, Home Appliances ,Books, Jewellery and more from HomeShop18 on 16 -12-2011. and I am not getting any product till now but the online show the order deviled.

Systems: A Real Time Interfacing (with CD) ” for exam on 18.12.11, order no is 908295779, and consignment no is 4184680791, their website also shown that order was delivered 24/12/11, but I could not get it till now. Also inform them by phone several times, but they could not assure me what is the issue ? they claim their website that delivery will be made within 4-5 days, But without delivered the material how their website shown, the material was already delivered ?[/COLOR].

Can u please tell me the process how to claim the web site and how to case in apply in consumer court.
